Somatic Integrity Clinical Consultation Group is an 8-month consultation cohort for therapists interested in deepening their understanding of client presentations, nervous system states, and clinical decision-making through a somatic lens. Together, we will explore how physiology, therapist presence, capacity, and therapeutic timing influence the therapeutic process. Through consultation, case discussion, and collaborative exploration of clinical work, participants will strengthen clinical discernment, deepen somatic understanding, and develop greater confidence working with complex presentations. Limited to 10 clinicians to support meaningful consultation, discussion, and connection.
Nervous System-Informed Case Conceptualization Move beyond symptoms and diagnoses to explore what the nervous system may be communicating. Learn to recognize patterns of regulation, dysregulation, capacity, and adaptation that can inform treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
Therapist Presence & Clinical Discernment Examine how your own nervous system, assumptions, and responses influence the therapeutic process. Develop greater confidence in therapeutic timing, intervention selection, and knowing when to move, pause, resource, or stay curious.
Somatic Approaches to Complex Clinical Presentations Explore stuck processing, trauma responses, dissociation, chronic activation, shutdown, and other challenging presentations through consultation, case discussion, and collaborative reflection. Consider how somatic principles such as tracking physiology, titration, organicity, and nonviolence can support clinical work.
